Data Subject’s rights (under Art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and Art. 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679)

1. A Data Subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.

- receive the personal data concerning him or her in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another data controller without hindrance from the Data Controller to which the personal data have been provided, in the cases provided for under Article 19 of the Regulation;

 

- object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her which is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1), including profiling based on those provisions, as well as to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes.
